Our founder, Nicci Kleovoulou, embarked on this adventure after completing her BA Degree at the University of the Witwatersrand. With over a decade of experience as a Personnel Consultant/Manager/Trainer at a top generalist recruitment agency called Emmanuel Personnel, Nicci honed her skills and expertise in the field.

In October 1990, we marked the inception of First Time Placements at our Parkwood Branch. Our commitment to excellence and innovation led us to operation within Two branches by 2014. This achievement wasn’t just about operational capabilities; it symbolized our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service.

By March 2015, we had evolved into Placement Point (Pty) Ltd. Our new corporate identity reflects our readiness for future challenges. We’re not just recruiters; we’re your partners in building a workforce that drives results while fostering a positive work environment.
